DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, fixtures, and toilets.
Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed.
Wipe, dust, polish, or clean surfaces including windows, mirrors, glass, seats, handrails, walls, counters, etc.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
Clean seats and carpet with an extractor as required.
Restock supplies in bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Communicate with management regarding supply needs.
Abide by compactor safety rules and maintain compactor/dumpster area cleanliness.
Follow building procedures to ensure a safe work environment and guest safety.
Safely use all chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Perform other routine upkeep duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Six months or more of related experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Good client/customer service skills.
Ability to follow oral and written communications.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively with a team and independently.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn.
Must be reliable and report to work as scheduled.
