Part-time Commercial Kitchen Cleaning For Upscale Restaurant

I need to hire an experienced cleaner that specializes in commercial kitchen cleaning. You must have proof of restaurant kitchens you have cleaned before. You must also know how to break down and degrease all commercial kitchen equipment, safely and efficiently. Someone that can travel to Manhattan reliably. The cleaning itself will take 3 hours every night and will be done 6 nights per week. Cleaning starts when the restaurant is closing for the night. The job will begin in approximately 1 or 2 weeks from today. Please (do not call me) TEXT or EMAIL me describing your cleaning experience in a commercial kitchen, your name, and the area in which you live. Also let me know in the text that you are referring to my Manhattan Restaurant contract. This is the only way I will respond. Please read below for more information on the tasks that will need to be performed:

Nightly Cleaning- 6 days per week.

THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE LISTED FOR CLEANING: Kitchen floors and equipment.

1. Clean all stainless-steel counter tops and tables.

2. Deck brush or machine scrub ceramic floors in kitchen making sure to get into all corners

and under equipment’s.

3. Detail clean all floor drains using approved chemicals.

4. Scrub and clean all walls from 6 inch down to remove stains and smudges.

5. Remove and clean all rubber mats, making sure to replace them when done.

6. clean all exposed pipes under sinks and baseboards where reachable.

7. clean exterior of all refrigerators

8. scrub and degrease all stove tops.

9. Thoroughly clean all ovens

10. Clean exterior of all fryers

11. Detail clean salamanders, griddle, and all sushi stations.

12. Detail clean wok stove, rice cookers, firewalls, and warmers.

13. Detail clean all plancha, robota, and flat tops using approved degreaser.

14. Polish all stainless steel with approved polisher when done with cleaning.

THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE LISTED FOR CLEANING: Hostess/waiting area, Dining rooms,

private dining rooms, behind bars

1. Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, as needed, and remove trash to a collection.

2. Thoroughly vacuum all manner of carpet in all dining rooms and private rooms making sure to

get under all tables and chairs.

3. Thoroughly dust and wipe down all horizontal surfaces, including windowsills, tops of booths

dividers and spot cleaning glass by all tables.

4. Detail dust mop and damp mop hostess and waiting area making sure to dust and wipe down all

horizontal surfaces as needed to maintain dust.

5. Dust all walls and moldings in dining rooms as needed to maintain cleanliness.

6. Dust baseboards as needed to remove stains and maintain cleanliness.

7. Spot clean ceramic tiles to remove any gum, grease, or other messy build ups in dining rooms.

8. Detail sweep and mop bar area.

9. A deck brush or machine scrub flooring is needed to clean the bar area.

10. Clean floor drains and floors under all equipment’s where reachable.

11. Remove and clean all rubber mats, making sure to replace them when done.

12. Detail clean all baseboards around bar area.

13. Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop making sure to get under all tables, chairs,

and other fixtures in dining rooms.

14. Damp mop hard surface floors making sure to get under all tables, chairs, and other fixtures in

dining rooms.

15. Damp wipe entryway and clean fingerprints from entrance glass.

THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE LISTED FOR CLEANING: Restrooms

1. Stock towels, tissue, and hand soap.

2. Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and wipe with a disinfectant.

3. Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed.

4. Clean and polish mirrors.

5. Wipe towel cabinet covers.

6. Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside. Polish bright work.

7. Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides using a disinfectant.

8. Scour and sanitize all basins. Polish bright work.

9. Dust partitions, top of mirrors, and frames.

10. Remove splash marks from walls around basins.

11. Mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant.

MONTHLY CLEANING:

All areas listed for cleaning in section A.

1. Complete all high dusting not reached in the above-mentioned cleaning.

2. Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames.

3. Vacuum all upholstered furniture.

4. Damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant.
