This job is only 2 hours per day, 3 days per week at $20 per hour so it might be an OK side job for someone who currently lives in the immediate neighborhood. If you have to commute from Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan or elsewhere it really isn't going to be worth your time.

General janitor/porter for a small commercial building in Astoria.
The building is on 36 Ave near Northern Blvd on the Astoria/LIC/DutchKills border and within a 3-5 minute walk to the N,Q and R trains.
Job is 6 hours a week at $20 an hour, 3 days per week. If you are within walking distance you can do 5 days a week 1 hour per day @ $25 per hour. Paid holiday days off. Payment 2 times per month pay date approximately the 1st and 15th. Not much per week but works out to around $6500 per year in extra income.
Days and times are flexible and are 3 days a week for 2 hours each day.
You can choose from 2 hours per day on either Mon/Wed/Fri ; Tues/Thurs/Sat ; Sun/Tues/Fri
Daytime or nighttime is fine and work can be started anytime between 6am and 11pm.
Job mainly consists of keeping stairways, basement, hallway/bathroom, roof and sidewalks clean with some snow removal in winter (with snowblower).
Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly with tenants and owner.
Ability to lift, carry, pull, push up to 50 pounds occasionally during work week.
Ability to climb stairs (3 story building + garage + roof), and ladders
Coming in the days and working the hours that we both agree to and sticking to the schedule. Most work is going to be independent.
Must have documents to prove that you are legally eligible to work in the US. This job is on the books.
