Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the office, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.

Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces.

Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the management.

Provide excellent customer service to office tenants and visitors.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Must be a permanent U.S. citizen.

Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Manager will explain in detail.

Working Hours:

"Monday to Friday, 6 PM - 9 PM."]

Compensation:

Hourly rate $17.50
