We are looking for a part-time plumber that knows some carpentry to work in Astoria buildings. Must have good plumbing skills. Part-time for the months off July, Aug & September and as of October 1st full time position. There is the availability of a superintendant position as of October 1st, if person is interested.
Must be organized, and have tools. Driving ability is required. References will be checked . Flexible hours, if you currently work somewhere else and would like to test job.
