Property Management Seeks Repairman to work on various projects. Job will consist of working on ongoing jobs, paint/plaster/drywall, and handling smaller repair jobs that come up in tenant occupied apts, such as general carpentry, plumbing leaks, light electrical issues
8hrs per day. $180 per day.
Must have clean driving record; you will be driving our van for various tasks.
Must do clean and neat work.
Must be an excellent communicator.
Must have the following skills:
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Snake Drains
Paint
Plaster
Light Drywall
Tile
Flat Roof repair
