We are looking for a service technician to join our team and provide our products and service solutions to meet the needs of kitchen and laundry equipment customer accounts (washers, dishwashers, chemical/detergent pumping systems). Some mechanical experience or at least aptitude required, we will provide comprehensive training on the specifics of our systems. We provide all the tools and support you'll need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
-Complete a paid training program that includes job shadowing, structured field activities
-Upon completion of training, use product/service knowledge to provide outstanding customer service to existing and new accounts
-Complete monthly technical service and preventative maintenance reports
-Lead the planning and installation of products and equipment at new customer accounts within your territory
-Track and fill out customer inventory reports
-Be proficient in, and maintain, all company provided customer equipment and product systems
-Learn the customers business to devise and implement the best plan of action and solutions possible
-Design, write programs, and program dispensing equipment as necessary
-Troubleshoot and repair chemical dispensing systems and equipment as necessary
-Provide emergency service coverage to appreciative customers when necessary
-Deliver products to customers as necessary, drive small box truck.

Skills/Qualifications:
-Valid/Clean Driver's License
-Completed High School Diploma or GED
-Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds
-Mechanical aptitude and ability, ability to work with tools including power tools
-Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
-Ability to use internet applications, email, phone or tablet device in the field
-Basic knowledge of computers and email
-Able to plan and manage time effectively in a flexible, independent work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
-Product or Industry Knowledge/Experience (laundry, foodservice, linen, hospitality)
-Leadership and Team Building Aptitude
-CDL
