Position Overview: As a Shop Assistant at Brooklyn Sign Company, you will be an integral part of our production team. We are seeking someone who can handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and a positive attitude. While a background in graphics is a plus, we value passion and a willingness to learn above all else.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handling and Receiving Deliveries: Manage incoming shipments, ensuring all materials are accounted for and in good condition.
-Mounting Orders: Apply mounting tape and other materials to orders, preparing them for the next stage of production.
-Support Production Team: Assist with various tasks such as peeling paper, preparing materials for spray painting, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
-Processing Photopolymer: Learn and perform the detailed process of photopolymer processing, ensuring high-quality output.
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
-Basic understanding of graphics is a plus.
-Positive attitude and excellent team collaboration skills.

This is a part time position with regular working hours of Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
