We're looking for a hardworking Solar Panel Installer to join our team. This job is hands-on and outdoors, perfect for someone who likes to work up high and enjoys being part of a team that’s making a difference.
Responsibilities:
Check out roofs to figure out if they’re good spots for solar panels and figure out the best way to set them up.
Put up solar panels the right way, following all the safety rules and making sure everything works right.
Work with other team members to get the job done on time.
Do the wiring for the solar panels and test to make sure everything’s working.
Find problems with solar panels and fix them fast.
Keep the work area tidy and safe according to the rules.
What You Need:
Some experience working on roofs or with solar panels would be great, but if you’re willing to learn, that’s good too.
Know how to use tools and follow instructions for putting together solar panels and wiring.
Not afraid of heights and okay with working outside in different kinds of weather.
Able to work well with others and get along with the team.
You need a driver’s license because you’ll be going to different places for work.
Must be able to lift heavy stuff when needed.
Better If You Have:
If you’ve got training in putting in solar panels or any similar kind of work, that would be awesome.
If you’ve done this kind of work before and know how the systems work, that’s a big plus.
