This is a contract position where you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients. The ideal candidate must have their own cleaning supplies and equipment, be fully insured, and be ready to deliver exceptional results.
This is a profit-sharing opportunity, meaning you get paid per completed job, allowing for flexible work hours and unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and more.
Manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Communicate professionally with clients and our team.
Maintain a reliable schedule and be punctual for all assigned jobs.
Requirements
Must have prior professional cleaning experience
Own reliable cleaning supplies and equipment
Must carry liability insurance (proof of insurance required)
Ability to work independently and meet quality standards
Reliable transportation to job locations within NYC
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a subcontractor or in a profit-sharing model.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and methods.
