Seeking superintendent for residential building to address minor repairs and maintenance including:
Plumbing (minor leaks and faucet replacement/swaps).
Light carpentry (drywall patch and paint).
Change light bulbs.
General maintenance and cleaning.
Hours: 8AM to 5PM.
Must have car - this location is not accessible via public transit.
