Superintendent wanted for residency building in Midtown, Manhattan
THIS IS NOT A LIVE-IN POSITION
FULL TIME/PART TIME POSITION: AVAILABLE
Duties include but not limited:
- Monitor all activities inside, outside, and surrounding building
- Handle and maintain all duties of maintenance personnel on a day-to-day basis
- Cooperate with the acting Administrator to address any issues regarding the building.
- Ensure garbage & recycling containers in the basement are organized & tidy and left out on collection days
- Must show apartments to prospective tenants at any time
- Perform custodial assignments to keep the building and property organized
- On-call for after-hour emergencies
- Supervise outside vendors/contractors/floaters as needed on projects
- Special projects assigned in addition to the regular care of building's well being
Possession of S95 Certification is required
(We will allow a window of time to obtain the license if you do not possess the certification upon hiring)
