We are seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent/Handyman to manage and maintain a residential/commercial building.
️ Prior experience in building maintenance or as a superintendent
️ Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
️ Ability to take direction and work efficiently
️ Professional and courteous when interacting with tenants and clients
️ Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
️ Must be available after hours for emergency situations
✅ Live-in option available after 3 months – includes a one-bedroom apartment
This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to building upkeep, and the ability to handle various maintenance tasks efficiently.
