We are a busy flower shop located in SoHo Manhattan. We are looking for a full time Walking Delivery helper. 8-10 hour shifts per day.
This exciting position Delivering flowers by subway and by foot all over Manhattan is open for all applicants that are legal to work in the US and have a working smart phone.
The job requires that you can walk/move quickly throughout the subways and streets of manhattan. Most walking deliveries are about 5-10lbs each. The flower are delicate so we can NOT have anyone delivering using bicycles or carts. You would need to carry the arrangements in your hands.
All walking delivery helpers must have a working smartphone. You will be required to download our free app so that you can mark deliveries as successful at each location upon arrival.
When you are not making deliveries, we would like this position to help breakdown cardboard, help with the trash, store maintenance, and restocking shelves.
