Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse and E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehousing with an interest in e-commerce operations, including warehouse management and order fulfillment processes. This role is essential in ensuring that both our retail and online sales operations are efficient and effective.
Duties
Warehousing
- Receive inbound large pallets of inventory and moving them to the warehouse. Receive and take inventory and organize goods .
- Prepare outbound deliveries to local retail locations, load onto cargo vans, and deliver goods at specific times
- Coordinate with trucking staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards for product delivery.
Ecommerce
- Oversee online order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve the online shopping experience.
- Develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency within the e-commerce framework.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to shipping and receiving processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related fields such as warehouse management or distribution center activities.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking and packing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the shipping process.
- Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is heavily preferred. VERY large plus if you have experience driving a Cargo Van
- Strong communication skills to liaise between various departments involved in the e-commerce process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
