Our growing home staging + design firm is looking for a highly motivated, clever, hard-working individual to join our team:

● Must be able to lift 45 lbs & be comfortable on your feet/active for the majority of the work day

● Have Strong MSOffice + Google Admin Suites (Esp Outlook email & calendar) + (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
● Can quickly learn and adapt to working with new software (Slack, Trello, Inventory Mgmt)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staging/Field Support
Including but not limited to:
● Work directly and report to Production Manager(s) to assist and coordinate stagings and breakdowns as needed
● Liaise with all crew members
● Staging Logistics as needed
● Train with Production Manager and Project Coordinator to be able to fill in for her roles and responsibilities as needed
● Pull & pack accessories for a staging with initial guidance on design direction from Sr. Styling + Inventory Coordinator
● Ensure that all accessories needed for jobs are coordinated, organized and packed
● Maintain storage facility where all accessories are stored
● Assist with accessories inventory and tracking of inventory items between the office / warehouse
● Maintain systems created by the Production Manager and Style Coordinator to execute styling needs, from on-site daily notes to organization of “Premium Extras”, etc
● Ensure that the direction from the Design Manager and Sr. Style + Inventory Coordinator for styling is executed.
● Coordinate other specific items, such as general cleaning, exterminators, carpet cleaning, and so on!

Compensation: $41,600 Annually + potential bonuses
