As a leading boutique FinTech firm, we are redefining the financial landscape in the U.S. We're seeking licensed Attorneys to join our team as Treasury Managers and play a pivotal role in our mission.
Position: Attorney Treasury Manager
Location:United States (Remote)
Compensation:
Starting at $5,000 per month, with potential for increase based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
This is a remote position, allowing you to supplement your income at your existing firm or practice.
While it requires strong organizational and communication skills, it does not demand many hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate an attorney trust account for our firm.
Ensure all transfers to the trust account are received and processed by the bank.
Monitor the account and report any compliance issues with incoming transfers that need escalation.
Utilize our attorney dashboard, which provides real-time information on incoming and outgoing transfers.
Review wires and checks as directed for all cash movements of the Fund and related entities.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed attorney.
Experience in finance, real estate, or insurance is a plus, but not required.
Preexisting relationship with a bank or financial institution.
Preexisting Trust or IOLTA account.
