Position Overview: Expanding boutique law firm is seeking to recruit attorneys to facilitate our legal representation of clients in the areas of tort defense, primarily focused on premises liability matters. From slip and fall cases to negligent security claims, your responsibilities will span various property-related disputes and labor law cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research, formulate analyses, and devise case strategies.

Prepare pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documentation.

Represent clients in court hearings and depositions.

Foster collaboration with clients, experts, and internal teams.

Offer timely and strategic legal counsel.

Qualifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar.

Prior experience in insurance defense with a specific focus on premises liability.

Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a caseload.
