Fast-paced Personal Injury Law Firm with 3 locations looking to add to the Ridgewood, Queens location (in the Glendale / Bushwick area) (OR OUR HEMPSTEAD OFFICE) looking for a BI-LINGUAL Legal assistant / admin / previous medical paralegal to manage a caseload, greet clients, answer calls and perform misc. office duties.
MUST BE ORGANIZED WITH A POSITIVE OUTGOING ATTITUDE!

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE At least 2+ years of experience!
Responsibilities:
️ Client Intake & Case Opening – Gather essential case details from prospective clients and open new claims.
️ No-Fault Applications – Prepare and submit No-Fault applications timely and accurately.
️ Case Management – Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and smooth claim processing.
️ Client Communication – Provide excellent customer service and guide clients through the intake process.
️ Administrative Support – Maintain organized records and support attorneys as needed.
