Youman, Madeo & Fasano LLP is seeking Experienced Bilingual (SPANISH SPEAKING) Immigration Paralegal.
EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION LAW A MUST! DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION LAW!
Interested Candidate MUST
have at least 1-2 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, and naturalization
have at least 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Court cases such as COR and Asylum
have at least 1-2 years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits
be detail-oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills, and be punctual
Work Setting (In Person)
Hourly Rate Range $18 to $23, Full Time Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift
