Growing NYC litigation firm with large volume of work seeking an extremely reliable and hard working NY barred attorney for a broad range of litigation, discovery, and/or transactional work (depending on experience and desire), starting on an hourly contract basis. Strong litigation skills, experience, and work product is a must.
Business, intellectual property, M&A, and tort litigation comprise the majority of our current caseload and subject matter for which assistance is desired. A brief summary of the type and amount of work you are looking for, your availability, and any potentially helpful skills/experience you would bring to the table (especially litigation, discovery, and computer-related skills) would be helpful. While disclosure of any NY-specific litigation experience you have is critical, a summary of all work experience is welcome (including any NJ experience).
