Busy law office is looking for an Associate to handle Real Estate, Business and/or Trust/Estate Clients.
Responsibilities and Legal Work include:
-Initial Consultation with New Clients
-Real Estate and Business Closings
-Commercial Lease Reviews
-Demand/Cease and Desist Letter Drafting
-Estate Law (Probate and Trusts), if have experience
-Litigation, if have experience
Requirements:
- NY Bar Admission
- Knowledge of Real Estate/Business Law is a must. Experience in Estate Law or Litigation is a Plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience as an attorney.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to work from a Midtown Law Office at least 3 times a week
Possibility of FT or PT work.
Opportunity to earn more than 120k a year with a potential of becoming a law firm partner
