Undisputed Legal Inc. is one of the nation's largest legal support agencies, providing process service and related legal support to many of the country's top law firms, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
We are currently seeking licensed process servers to serve legal documents in Brooklyn and Queens. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate effectiveness in serving defendants, including speaking with neighbors and identifying vehicle descriptions when necessary.
This is an independent contractor position, and services will be required on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a valid Process Server License
Ability to write detailed reports and perform administrative tasks at home, including notarizing affidavits of service/non-service
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Access to a functional computer with printer and scanner, internet service, digital camera, GPS navigation, and a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Experience in process service, law enforcement, security, or private investigation is a plus
