As our caseload continues to grow, we are hiring for multiple full-time positions. We welcome experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about immigration law and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
With a current full-time staff of 25 employees, we are hiring for the following positions:
Asylum & Removal Defense Attorney
Detention Center Immigration Attorney
Appellate Attorney (BIA & Federal Courts)
VAWA Attorney
Business Immigration Attorney (O-1, EB-1, E-2, etc.)
Marriage-Based / Family Immigration Attorney
Compliance & Quality Assurance Attorney
Qualifications
Licensed attorney (admitted to practice law in any U.S. state).
At least one full year of immigration attorney experience.
Bilingual proficiency in any foreign language.
Authorized to work in the US.
Available full-time.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
