NYC based immigration law firm seeks experienced, self-motivated paralegal for full-time position. Firm handles all aspects of immigration law with concentration in family based immigration matters, asylum cases, immigration related litigation and family court and criminal matters. Responsibilities include client interaction, fact analysis and coordination, preparation of cases and related filings and collection and review of client documentation and evidence. Interested candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petitions, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, naturalization, immigration court cases such as COR and Asylum and preparing waiver applications.
