Immigration lawyer is looking for a full-time immigration Paralegal.
Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in immigration law specifically with matters before the Immigration Court or USCIS.
Job Responsibilities Includes:
Completing forms such as i-589, i-765, i-360, i-130, i-485, i-864, i-730.
Prepare motion to change venue, motion to substitute, motion to consolidate and motion for a virtual appearance.
Prepare statements and affidavits with clients for asylum cases.
Assist the attorneys in case preparation including but not limited to submissions to USCIS and Immigration Court.
Prepare file for the master and merits hearing.
Correspondence with the immigration court and USCIS.
