Position Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of automobile and premises liability matters from inception through resolution
Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motion practice, depositions, and trials
Conduct investigations, draft reports, and communicate directly with clients and carriers
Develop and execute effective litigation strategies tailored to each case
Qualifications:
Solid experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on automobile and premises liability
Strong litigation and case management skills
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities
Admission to the New York Bar (additional NJ admission a plus)
A proactive, organized, and client-focused mindset
