Since 1991, ProVest continues to play a critical role in the legal profession by ensuring parties in a legal action are properly served legal documents. Today, ProVest annually serves millions of documents for the country’s most notable law firms, financial institutions and insurance companies. We are actively recruiting individuals to serve summons and complaints for debt collection, eviction, and foreclosure cases as well as citations and subpoenas in New York and Kings Counties.
This is a 1099 contract position paid weekly per job via direct deposit.
On a typical day you will
serve legal documents to residences and corporations according to Federal, State and Local laws;
provide status and photos for each attempt on all cases through an approved 3rd party smart phone apps;
eSign affirmations from our process server mobile app;
Wet sign affidavits for some cases.
