Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation
Able to work as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of Court filing systems such as NYSCEF, PACER, and E-Law
Bilingual
Responsibilities:
Provide litigation support efficiently from inception through resolution
Work closely with other staff and attorneys
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients
Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information for cases
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery
Maintain case files and document management systems
Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling client meetings.
