New Position: Director of Court Administration & Development
Must be a Licensed Attorney Admitted in NYS
Work and build teamwork among a team of four full time court advocates
Build confidence, and develop best practices to improve employee environment and success
Develop new processes to improve compliance with mandatory standard procedures
Maintain and Report all Court Activity in All Hearing Rooms on a Daily Basis to senior counsel, and senior management
Develop Teams Knowledge & Ability to Articulate Legal Arguments
Attend Daily Hearings - Monitor Court Room Activity
Insure Evidence is presented at all hearings - track, coach and teach advocates presenting arguments
Develop Rebuttals and Improve Existing Rebuttals
Develop creative ideas for client success
Develop creative ideas for staff success
Creative: analyze case law, applicable statutes, and legal arguments
Admin: assist in the completion of the daily perfect your case court documents
Improve Clients Success by Improving Reporting of Missing Exhibits
Order Transcripts of Hearing Examiners Who are Making Improper Decisions
Listen to each transcripts’ wave files of Official Hearing Transcripts and order official Written Transcripts where we have properly argued and where the hearing examiner has improperly upheld the ticket
Assist Appellate Team of Attorneys in NYS Supreme Court Filings
Help Manage NYS Supreme Court Filings
File, Upload Case files to NYS Supreme Court when required
