I’m a business owner who sometimes deals with merchant cash advance (MCA) lenders, and once in a while I need to push back when they try something predatory or overstep.
I’m able to draft my own documents, motions, responses, etc.
What I need is a licensed NY attorney who can review my draft, make any required corrections, and file it when necessary.
This is not ongoing employment — just occasional help when something comes up.

-I send you everything ready for your review
-You double-check it and handle the official filing
Why I Need This:
-I take MCA deals occasionally, but I do NOT tolerate predatory or illegal tactics.
When lenders cross the line, I push back. I just need a NY attorney who can step in when I need a filing done properly.
