Successful, expanding, top nationally ranked PI litigation firm, seeks a NY admitted attorney with 5+ years of experience in PLAINTIFF’S ONLY PI.
Position entails maintaining a case load including pleadings, EBTs, making and opposing summary judgment motions and possible trials for the right candidate.
Knowledge of New York’s automobile serious injury law is necessary.
