Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a personal injury Litigation Paralegal located in Newark, NJ. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting me with case preparation, document management, drafting and filing court documents. Additional tasks include coordinating with clients, scheduling meetings, drafting legal documents and correspondence, and maintaining case files. The role also includes trial preparation under my guidance and supervision.
Qualifications
Experience with case preparation and document management
Skills in drafting legal documents and correspondence
Ability to file court documents and maintain case files
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Relevant experience in personal injury required
Spanish speaking is a plus.
