We are staffing a temporary Spanish bilingual project for our legal/business services client that is expected to start this week on and could run for 3 weeks, possibly longer. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive phone interactions and detailed information and comfortable working remotely in a busy call center environment.
The hours are at least 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday through Friday, plus be flexible for additional hours as needed. The rate for this project is $20 hourly, plus time and a half for all hours over 40.
To be eligible for this project, you must:
· be available to work for the full duration of the project without interruption.
· be registered with Tower Legal, or able to register immediately.
· be Spanish bilingual
. be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
. be able to provide excellent customer support and service in a busy legal services call center environment.
