Whitemore James Black is presently assisting a top national firm on their search for a Reprographics & Office Services Associate. This role is Temporary-to-Permanent, and upon being hired permanently you will be a direct employee of the law firm, with full benefits. This role is paying $18 to $24 hourly. The target salary is up to $50K when full time.
This role is available immediately and high-priority for the firm.
The ideal candidate will have prior complex copy experience, with experience supporting litigation desired. In addition to such projects, the Office Services Assistant will also assist with:
Mailroom services
Preparing conference rooms for important meetings
Assisting with catering
Assisting with IT-related requests
Backing up Reception as needed
Stocking office supplies
