Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) paralegal with 2-3 years of immigration law experience to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is familiar with preparing immigration forms and navigating the immigration court process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft immigration forms such as I-130, I-360, I-589, 42-B, I-485, and I-765.

Organize and submit supporting evidence for court hearings and filings.

Manage case deadlines, respond to court scheduling orders, and address requests for evidence.

Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience, including familiarity with the immigration court process and practice manual.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.

Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
