Full-service business law firm is offering an outstanding opportunity for a transactional associate to join our general corporate practice with an emphasis on acquisitions, complex contract negotiations, and providing corporate governance as well as other strategic guidance to businesses.
Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience and must be capable of preparing primary deal and transaction documents, developing strategy, and thinking independently. Experience with commercial leases (office and retail) a significant plus.
Compensation ranging from $140k-$160k, commensurate with experience. Full time employees eligible for discretionary bonus, health insurance, 401K, and PTO.
