Part-Time Business Development Representative – Home & Landscape Design Company

About the Role:
Vesper Real Estate Group specializes in high-end home and landscape design, construction, and property management. We are seeking a personable, motivated professional to help grow local brand presence through hands-on community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Visit 10 town centers across lower Fairfield and Westchester County to introduce Vesper’s services to local shop owners and managers.
Present and secure agreements for shops to display Vesper’s promotional postcards in exchange for a complimentary flowering plant, which will be replaced 4–5 times a year.
Establish relationships with approximately five shops per town.
Periodically visit participating locations (including some weekends) to refresh plants, ensure postcards are stocked, and maintain a polished display.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Use your own vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursement available).
Estimated Project Timeline:
The initial outreach and setup phase can generally be completed in 3–5 days of work. Follow-up visits and light maintenance will occur periodically throughout the year.
Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with local business owners.
Reliable, well-organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in brand promotion, marketing outreach, or field sales is a plus.
Local familiarity with Fairfield and Westchester communities preferred.
