Join All Heart Homecare, a leading homecare agency dedicated to enhancing lives in the comfort of homes across NYC's five boroughs for over a decade. We're in search of a pivotal team member to secure new referral sources and cultivate lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within our service territory.
Develop and implement an outreach plan aligned with our annual strategy to raise awareness and engage diverse referral sources.
Foster strong business relationships with new and existing partners.
Present All Heart Homecare programs to community organizations, medical professionals, and healthcare facilities.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our agency, services, and our unique value proposition.
Engage in marketing and networking events throughout NYC to enhance our visibility and forge new relationships.
Budget planning for outreach activities and providing monthly reports on efforts.
Job Requirements:
Travel flexibility within NYC's five boroughs.
Previous healthcare marketing experience, preferably in Home Care.
Knowledge of local referral sources and existing contacts.
Self-driven, positive, organized, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience in obtaining referrals for private pay patients preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is advantageous.
Maintaining a clean, professional image and demeanor at all times.
