Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage Our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This role will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
Oversee marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Optimize campaigns for performance metrics, including ROI, CTR, CPC, and customer acquisition costs.
Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and brand-consistent.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Use data to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
SEO & Website Optimization
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure the site is optimized for speed, usability, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to improve landing page and website performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, including paid media, SEO, and content experts.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and team growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
Budget Management
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and maximum impact.
Monitor spending and provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
