We are a fast-growing confectionary brand based in Brooklyn, NY.
We are seeking a Director of DTC Channels to lead our Amazon store strategy, oversee paid media efforts through agency partners (Meta, TikTok, Google), and test emerging channels to drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing winning growth strategies, managing client relationships, and driving performance across paid media channels at a marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management:
Own and optimize our Amazon storefront, ensuring a seamless and high-converting shopping experience.
Oversee Amazon Ads strategy, working internally and with agency to maximize ROAS on branded and unbranded ads.
Monitor performance metrics (ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates) and implement optimizations.
Stay up to date with Amazon algorithm updates, A+ content, and new ad formats.
Respond to inquiries from Amazon and buyer messages.
Work with operations team to get necessary inventory inbound.
Work with team to set up Amazon accounts in other countries
Paid Media & Agency Management:
Manage external agencies handling Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive efficient customer acquisition.
Ensure agency partners align with overall growth goals, actively reviewing performance and budgets.
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Analyze data from paid campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and scaling opportunities.
Emerging Channel Testing & Growth Innovation:
Identify and test smaller, emerging channels (e.g., X, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, influencer marketing, affiliate programs).
Develop pilot campaigns, assess performance, and determine scalability potential.
Collaborate with the retention team to enhance LTV through email, SMS, and subscription models.
Who You Are:
5-8+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce, growth marketing, or Amazon marketplace management.
Proven track record of setting up and scaling on Amazon, and working with paid media agencies.
Strong analytical skills—comfortable diving into Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards.
Experience testing new marketing channels and optimizing for CAC/LTV efficiency.
A+ communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across clients and internal teams
