D&AD Shift in New York is back for 2024/25! The program is on a mission to #ShiftCreativity by helping talent entering the industry from outside traditional pathways to shift their creative abilities into career-making skills.

D&AD Shift is a free night school for emerging creatives looking to begin a career in the commercial creative industry without a college degree.
The program lasts four months and takes 20 individuals on a journey to learn from and connect with the industry, establish a network, build a portfolio, and find job opportunities.

Since Shift’s launch in 2016, we have trained over 340 creatives in New York, London, Sydney, Berlin and Hamburg. Shifters go on to write for Apple. They strategize for Spotify.
