1-Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join a startup Digital Marketing Agency

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

- Create and manage content for website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.

- SEO and SEM Management:

- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing Ads).

- Content Creation and Management:

- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.

- Collaborate with designers, product marketing, and sales to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience.

- Social Media Management:

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

- Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media channels.

- Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.

- Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

- Analytics and Reporting:

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve our marketing efforts.

- Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

2- Qualifications

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.

- Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

- Proficient in marketing automation technology and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media platforms.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
