We're a dynamic and innovative interior design company seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, tweets, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and provide regular reports to the President
- Campaign Development: Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the president, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently In Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Skills:
‣ Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective advertising platforms.
‣ Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
‣ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
‣ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
‣ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certification, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, or equivalent.
- Experience with social media management tools:
- $16.50 hour
