We are currently hiring part time customer service hosts in our market research facility. We are looking for team members who feel that they can service clients in a professional and fast paced office environment. CSR’s must have a can-do-attitude, be professional, energetic and driven to succeed. This is a fast paced, professional position that requires you to both think and be on your feet. The clients that you would be working with are high level executives from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies.
Examples of Specific Duties are but not limited to:
Checking in clients, and respondents, Answering phones, giving directions, making copies,
Updating clients on arrivals
Setting up and resetting Focus Group Room, arranging tables and chairs, supplies as requested by clients.
Restocking and cleaning the focus group rooms ensuring that it looks like a 5 star hotel
Assisting clients in whatever they need help with

We determine your availability in advance and assign schedules accordingly. Flexible Schedules between 7am – 10pm. Part Time - $20/hour + Paid Time Off
