Marketing and CAnalysis of customer Service/Sales Administrator

The US subsidiary of one of the largest European Packaging Home/Pharma/Cosmetic is looking to hire as soon as possible a MARKETING/SALES COORDINATOR based at their New York office.

. One of the responsibilities of this position consists in processing distributors’ orders with the factory and ensuring distribution. Therefore this means permanent contact with distributors in the US and Canada, customer service and order processing and major markets of hi-end products.

This main role will consist to be assisting the Marketing Manager and other member of the Sales management team in various duties such as: market research, digital marketing analysis, organization of events, preparation and participation of major industry trade shows, in preparing press releases for new products; liaison with hi-end wholesale customers.

Will assist the Marketing Manager in analysis of sales results, products performance and trends of orders for major customers

Requirements

College Degree (BA/BS) - must have 2 to 3 years in Marketing experience

Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized individual

Quick-learning and hard-working

Computer literate / must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office

Capable and willing to work independently as well as in a team environment

Reliable and articulate

Efficient and confident in decision making

Diplomatic and customer-oriented

Professional presentation

BILINGUAL FRENCH/Spanish is a plus
