We’re looking for a talented, empathetic communicator who believes business can make a difference. Our organization partners with child-support counselors and family-services professionals whose job is to help families collect the financial support they’re owed — often from fathers who have fallen behind.
This isn’t Wall Street sales. It’s real-world impact.
About the Role
You’ll be the voice that helps us reach and support the professionals who advocate for children every day.
Your role will include:
Sales & Relationship-Building – Connect with family-services agencies, explain our mission, and guide them through our technology solutions.
Marketing Communication – Craft compelling outreach emails, social posts, and presentations that build trust and understanding.
CRM & AI Tools – Manage our customer database, track leads, and use AI tools to improve targeting, messaging, and reporting.
Documentation & Coordination – Clearly document client needs, communication chains, and unique agency requirements so our team can deliver flawlessly.
Must help update Web sites to help move from our financial customers to our government customers. They are more appreciative!
Who You Are
A natural communicator, comfortable both in writing and in conversation.
Skilled in sales and outreach, but motivated by mission, not just commission.
Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems, online marketing, and eager to use AI to work smarter.
Organized and dependable — someone who can translate complex needs into clear next steps.
At least 5 years of working experience.
Passionate about helping children and families get the support they deserve.
Compensation.
$35.00 per hour
