We’re looking for a Marketing & Office Assistant to help support our brokerage team. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and interested in growing their skills in both marketing and commercial real estate.
About the Role
You’ll assist with marketing materials, property listings, research, and CRM management while helping the team stay organized and efficient. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the business — from marketing campaigns and social media posts to data management and deal tracking — while working closely with senior professionals in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, flyers, and property listings.
Manage social media posts and support digital marketing efforts.
Conduct property and market research to support brokers and projects.
Help maintain CRM data, contact lists, and deal flow records.
Support office operations such as scheduling, document organization, and file sharing.
Assist with special projects and company communications as needed.
What You’ll Bring
2–3 years of experience in office administration, marketing, or commercial real estate.
Prior real estate experience a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, Ascendix, Attio, etc. is helpful.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite helpful.
A proactive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
