Position: Marketing & Promotion Director
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy: This includes setting clear objectives, tactics, and timelines, and regularly reviewing and adjusting the strategy based on performance and market trends.
Drive revenue growth and market expansion: The Marketing & Promotion Director is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, both in existing markets and through new channels. However, his top priority is attracting venture capital, angel investors, or crowdfunding to fuel growth and innovation.
Oversee financial management: This includes budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
Ensure alignment with overall business goals: The Marketing & Promotion Director ensures that all departments and business units are working in harmony to achieve the company's objectives.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors: This includes negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing & Promotion Director or in a similar executive role.
- Strong understanding of corporate fundraising and marketing performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as ecommerce, sales, and product development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A passion for gaming, ecommerce, and technology, with a clear vision for the future of interactive entertainment.
- Willingness to work for equity and invest in the long-term success of the company.
