Marketing Coordinator Needed – NYC Fringe Festival Run (Paid)
We are seeking a part-time marketing coordinator to support an upcoming NYC Fringe Festival run of a solo comedy-theatre piece.

Launching and maintaining the show’s Instagram presence
Creating, scheduling, and posting social media content
Editing short promo clips from existing footage
Coordinating ticket-sale pushes and audience reminders
Managing basic email announcements (copy provided)

Tracking marketing deadlines tied to the festival calendar
Supporting promotional needs during the festival run
This role works under the direction of the creator/lead producer and does not include press pitching, paid advertising, or brand strategy.
Required experience:
Prior experience supporting event, theatre, or live performance marketing
Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
Comfortable executing from an existing voice and materials
Familiarity with festival-style timelines and ticket sales is a plus
Nice to have (not required):
Experience marketing theatre, comedy, or solo shows
Familiarity with Fringe or indie festival environments
Cultural fluency or first-generation sensibility
